FAQ
-
HARTING is a globally known manufacturer of electrical connectivity solutions for industrial applications. We installed our state-of-the-art studio in 2021 after our customers began to demand more virtual experiences (and less PowerPoint). Over the past years, we have created dozens of live events and videos. We can attest first-hand to the benefits of a digital experience. We expanded our capabilities to include digital events and content production to better connect with our customers. We are now making this service available to other companies and individuals looking to do the same.

We are located in Elgin, IL about 40 miles outside Chicago, on the 2nd floor of HARTING Americas’ Headquarters.

AR means Augmented Reality and is the process of imposing three-dimensional virtual objects into a physical space. This allows you to bring objects into your presentation that previously could only be represented by a picture. For example, a medical company could show a 3D representation of their latest MRI machine and even train staff on how to operate it. All without the costs and hassle of shipping it.
AR is also great for education. We interact in a 3D world, and many times, pictures aren’t clear enough. AR is a natural way to learn as it uses 3D space like we do in the real world.
-
Extended reality is the use of an LED volume, artificial intelligence, and precise camera tracking to fully immerse your virtual audience in an environment. It extends the virtual world beyond the boundaries of the LED wall transporting you and your audience wherever you need to go.

Learning to work with an LED volume is easier and more natural than you’d think (many of our presenters say it’s more natural than PowerPoint). Most of our presenters feel comfortable after less than an hour. Part of our process always includes rehearsal sessions so you practice as much as you like before going live. We also have confidence monitors for our presenters so you will have your presentation right in front of you as you present.
